Service Description

Dr. Raikin completes an evaluation and provides an initial OT treatment session. You receive a home program and instructions on how to carry over skills development using materials you have available. Text/call/email to check-in. Follow up sessions occur at planned intervals to update care plan and advance skill development or discharge from consult/home program services. Frequently used when a child either does not qualify for OT services but something seems "off" or when they have been discharged from therapy but there are certain skills they still need to work on and the parent would like to work on them with skilled guidance. $150/45min, $180/60min per session If an evaluation formal write-up is desired or standardized testing is requested there is an additional evaluation fee.
